Bridgepointe Board Meeting Minutes

April 3, 2023

Present: Kevin Lilly, Kristen Howell, Jean Surles, Alan Hicks and Darlea Wilbeck

1. Welcome

2. Jean Surles report on bids for D and O insurance for the Directors of Bridgepointe.

Approve Expense for D and O Insurance approved

Alan Hicks report on Concrete Bid for repair of street B voted unanimously to approve bid of $26,500 for street repair.

1. Alan Hicks report on Landscape Project voted unanimously to approve landscape project of $8500

2. Alan Hicks report on gate key for USPS; part has been ordered and will be installed allowing US Postal carrier to come into the neighborhood daily when gate is closed.

3. Darlea and Kristen report on May 20 HOA Brunch all good; no action needed from the board

4. Darlea and Kevin discussion to open HOA Website to all Homeowners Website ready to go live. Pics of the board and bio requested; will be added. Please get those before May 20. Darlea to work with website technology person to finalize everything.

5. Kevin Lilly report on meeting with Jim Jennings on Sat. April 29 Report given

6. Kevin Lilly report on mowing perimeter of Center Section

Approve mowing of perimeter of Center Section-essentially a Green Belt 2 mower widths wide The board discussed this and did not approve mowing of the perimeter. This is private property and it was discussed that the property owner should care for his own property.

3. Set next Meeting: June 6 is next meeting; many issues in the hopper that will need continued support.
